Person dies after incident at popular surfing beach

An individual has died following an incident at a well-liked browsing seaside in Devon.

The incident happened on Croyde seaside in North Devon on at round 10.30am Saturday (July 17) with eye-witnesses announcing a “woman was once being pulled out of the water,” reports Devon Live.

The incident sparked a big emergency reaction with HM Coastguard and RNLI crews known as to the scene together with paramedics and law enforcement officials.

It’s been showed the individual has died.

Police say the incident is non-suspicious, however the actual explanation for the dying is unknown.

A spokesperson for Devon and Cornwall (www.surfing.la) Police mentioned: “A frame was once positioned within the water. Non-suspicious cases.”

A spokesperson for HM Coastguard added: “HM Coastguard coordinated the reaction after receiving studies of any person in bother within the sea at Croyde Bay simply after 10.30am the day before today.

“Croyde RNLI Lifeguards, Croyde, Ilfracombe and Mortehoe coastguard rescue groups have all been despatched, together with an air ambulance. South West Ambulance Provider have been additionally concerned.

“The individual within the water was once rescued and passed into the care of the ambulance carrier.”
